CASONÁ was born from the meeting of two lands separated by an ocean, yet deeply connected by their soul: Spain and Venezuela. This season, we turned our gaze toward two territories that, despite the distance between them, share the same sensibility for the land, tradition, and untamed beauty: the warmth and grandeur of Seville, and the wild vastness of the Venezuelan plains of Apure.

These are two worlds where the horse represents not only elegance, but also identity, lineage, and cultural pride. In Andalusia, the equestrian universe is woven into the collective imagination; it lives within the ferias, the cortijos, the nobility of dressage, and the imposing Sevillian haciendas. In the Venezuelan plains, the horse symbolizes freedom, strength, and survival: the inseparable companion of the llanero and an emblem of a culture profoundly connected to nature and its roots.

The CASONÁ woman finds inspiration in these female figures who are as powerful as they are timeless: the Andalusian horsewoman and the llanera woman. Women of strong character, natural elegance, and a free spirit, whose presence commands attention without excess. The aesthetic strength of characters such as Doña Bárbara — with her high-waisted trousers, riding boots, leather belts, and untamed femininity — enters into dialogue with the artisanal sophistication and dramatic allure of the Sevillian woman.

The name Casona itself is born from this shared nostalgia for grand colonial homes, sunlit inner courtyards, haciendas, and cortijos found both in Andalusia and Venezuela. Architectures steeped in memory, where craftsmanship, family heritage, and the passage of time coexist with a quiet elegance.

This collection explores the world of equestrianism through a sophisticated and contemporary resortwear lens. Leather emerges as a symbol of strength; the silhouettes evoke equestrian attire reinterpreted through the femininity of Casona. Fringes, present throughout the collection, are inspired by the mantillas and flamenco shawls of the Feria de Sevilla, bringing movement, sensuality, and drama to every piece.

The prints and textures celebrate the richness of the earth, the untamed spirit of the plains, and Andalusia's cultural opulence. Each design seeks to capture the duality that defines CASONÁ: strength and delicacy, tradition and modernity, restraint and sensuality.

At its essence, CASONÁ is a bridge between two cultures that speak the same language: that of tradition, timeless elegance, and the indomitable woman.
